Lenovo has unveiled an upcoming laptop/tablet hybrid at CES 2012 that will featureWindows 8 and a IPS capacitive touchscreen which can be used by converting the laptop computer in to tablet with the help of 360 degree hinge. Ideapad Yoga has a pleasant looking design and its thickness is 17 mm, it features the Intel Sandy Bridge processor, ten point touchscreen, physical keyboard which disables itself when it is converted to tablet.

Gigabyte unveils U2442 ultrabook Series Launced in May or June 2012

The new U2442  ultrabook Series has two variants include U2442N and U2442V. Both have differences located within the processor. To U2442N equipped with third-generation processor Intel Core i5 and i7, the new U2442V Ivy Bridge processor features low power consumption (ULV). Both models come with 2 GPU - which is built into the processor and another in ultrabook ultrabook itself. NVIDIA GPU core to provide ultrabook and both models come with GeForce GT 640M graphics card with 2 GB of video memory.

The ultrabooks also have a 512 GB SSD and hard drive with 1 TB capacity, backlit keyboard, 4 USB ports (two USB 2.0 and two USB 3.0), HDMI port, MiniDisplay and D-Sub port and SD card slot. This 14-inch Display with a 1600 900 pixel resolution. The new ultrabooks will be Officially launched in May or June 2012 and will cost around 1000 USD.
